Anthony “Tony” Barras (born 29 March 1971) is an English footballer who plays for New Mills as a defender.
Born in Billingham, County Durham, Barras started his career with the Hartlepool United youth system, before signing a professional contract in July 1989. He played for Stockport County, Rotherham United Reading  Walsall Notts county and for York City when they beat Manchester United 3–0 at Old Trafford in the League Cup in September 1995, scoring the third goal after a brace from Paul Barnes. He signed for New Mills in July 2010 and up until the end of the 2011-12 season had made a total of fifty four appearances (including substitute appearances) scoring once.
